Ryan Hall

Ryan is a Research Associate at the Possibility Lab at UC Berkeley where he supports projects and research across various policy areas, including the Innovation Projects and the California 100 Initiative. He is passionate about supporting government partners in their use of data in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public programs. Prior to joining the Possibility Lab, Ryan worked as a Data Analyst with the civic tech startup Socrata, implementing open data and data sharing programs with cities, counties, and federal agencies throughout the United States. He previously interned with the Policy Solutions team at Reinvestment Fund, where he supported the evaluation and analysis needs of a community development financial institution. Ryan holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
