Noelia S. Negri

Noe Negri is the Assistant Director of Operations at The People Lab, where she leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and impact. Previously, Noe served as Assistant Director of Strategic Operations at the Government Performance Lab (GPL) at Harvard Kennedy School, where she developed and managed processes to support the lab’s mission. Her experience spans management and social impact roles, including a research assistant role at the Student Social Support R&D Lab, project management at Ernst & Young, co-founding a social venture in Nairobi, and work as an account executive for Santander Rio Bank. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University, a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad del Salvador (Argentina), and graduate certificates in Strategic Management, Business Intelligence, and Project Management.
