Emma Pham-Tran

Undergraduate Research Fellow

Emma Pham-Tran is an undergraduate research fellow at The People Lab and a junior at Harvard University, where she is pursuing a B.A. in Government. She is primarily interested in studying U.S. social policy, specifically healthcare and education policy, and the relationship between non-profit institutions and the government in providing access to social services. Outside of The People Lab, Emma is a member of Harvard’s Institute of Politics and volunteers with the Cambridge Public Library as a tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. After completing her undergraduate studies, Emma plans to continue her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Sciences.
