Ellison Richardson
Undergraduate Research Fellow
Ellison Richardson is an Undergraduate Research Fellow at The People Lab and a student at Howard University pursuing a B.A. in Political Science and Afro-American Studies. His research focuses on racial equity and evidence adoption, particularly determining existing strategies that would be most relevant to cities and counties from existing clearing-houses. Prior to joining The People Lab, his experience includes serving as a White House Intern, U.S. Supreme Court Intern, and Fulbright-Hays Fellow through the University of Pennsylvania in South Africa studying Zulu language, culture, and governance.
