Research Associate Fellow

This position is ideal for highly motivated professionals with prior research experience who are equally committed to rigorous research and socially impactful work. Research Associate Fellows at The People Lab work on multiple fast-paced projects, contributing to the design and implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in collaboration with public sector partners, designing and analyzing survey experiments, conducting administrative data analyses, and supporting the publication of academic papers, policy briefs, and more.

Senior Project Manager

This position is ideal for experienced project leaders with exceptional organizational skills, a track record of managing complex initiatives, and a passion for using evidence to improve how government serves the public. The Senior Project Manager will lead the implementation of two major initiatives: the first-ever National City Survey of municipal employees, and the development of an interactive AI Policy Bot for policymakers. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders, overseeing fast-paced and complex workstreams, and building scalable infrastructure to support impactful, long-term projects.
