Research Associate
The Research Associate role is a full-time fellowship position ideal for highly motivated professionals with prior research experience who are equally committed to rigorous research and socially impactful work. Research Associate fellows at The People Lab work on multiple fast-paced projects, contributing to the design and implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in collaboration with public sector partners, designing and analyzing survey experiments, conducting administrative data analyses, and supporting the publication of academic papers, policy briefs, and more.
